DO-IT-YOUR SELF OR HIRE A CARPENTER
Alpha bookshelf is a D-I-Y (Do it yourself) product and comes in knock down condition. The Installation is simple and require use of basic tools. In case you do not want to Do it yourself, you can easily hire a carpenter for the job work at a nominal cost. Installation will not take more than 30-45 minutes, if done by a skilled carpenter. Carpenters can be easily found in your locality or at a hardware shop near your home.
→ Open the crate pack and unbox. You will find detailed, easy to follow-step by step Installation guidelines in box. We have an YouTube videos for quick and easy understanding.
Once you get the bookshelf satisfactorily installed, email us the image of the installed unit at hello@a10shop.in

ORDER TRACKING
We try our best to deliver your product before the estimated time given at the time of confirmation. However, in case you want to track your order, it can be done through a tracking ID issued by the shipping agency. Tracking ID is sent to as soon as we dispatch your order.
ASSEMBLY & HARDWARE
All our products come with necessary hardware required for its assembly/installation. For the products that involve wall installation or knock down furniture that requires assembly, there will be an assembly guidelines leaflet which comes in the package. Please ensure that you call for a skilled carpenter to fix it properly.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We have several rounds of specialised quality control checks to ensure that the product is up to standard when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to our notice of via an email along with an image of broken piece or parts at hello@a10shop.in or Whatsapp us at +91 9911573222.
Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to resolve the problem.
14-DAY MONEY BACK POLICY
- We offer 14-day hassle free return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Furniture with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
